Paid follower orders include refill protection during the guarantee window shown or communicated with your order. If delivered followers look like not real people or drop during that period, contact us and we will replace the affected amount at no additional cost.
You are eligible for a full or partial refund if: we fail to begin processing within 48 hours of payment, we deliver significantly less than what was ordered and cannot resolve the discrepancy, or we cannot replace the affected portion of an eligible refill request. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment unless a longer written guarantee window was provided with your order.

Refunds may not be available if: the order has been fully delivered as promised, your X/Twitter account was suspended, private, deleted, renamed without notice, or restricted outside our control, more than 14 days have passed since payment without a written guarantee extension, or you violated our Terms of Service. Partial refunds may be offered for partially delivered or unreplaced portions.
Eligible first paid orders include a post-order follower quality audit. The audit is a best-effort diagnostic based on public profile and follower signals. It helps identify suspicious, inactive, and fake or inactive patterns, but it is not a promise that every follower can be classified with perfect certainty.
Most issues are resolved through refill protection and human support before a refund is needed. We believe in building long-term relationships with customers, and fair policies are the foundation of that trust.
